Plans are customized to your property. Starting prices represent the baseline for qualifying properties. Final pricing reflects property size, layout, location, systems, outbuildings, accessibility, and the level of coordination required. Visit schedules, included services, and coordination allowances are confirmed in each client’s written service agreement. Additional work is arranged and priced separately.
Vendor invoices, purchases, and separately approved trade or project work are not included in coordination hours. Watch coordination is arranged and charged separately. Priority scheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee emergency response.
